What a privilege to meet women who want change, but no less than that are ready to lead it. To see the thinking, the internalization of the content, the questions that are asked, the discussions that develop and the projects that they take on to lead real change in their communities.

And at some point along the way, you feel it – something is happening. Ideas become action, confidence grows, and leadership takes shape.
