Because Shakti Leadership is not just a method but a different way of thinking about leadership - leadership that connects strength with softness, presence with action, our inner voice with the impact we want to create in the world.

Because we were blessed with two wonderful presenters - Mazi Avidov Shaul and Iris Sadeh Rosler, who studied the guiding principles of Shakti Leadership in depth, received certification to teach the method in Israel and know how to adapt the content of the workshops to the reality of women in Israel.

Because we were blessed with wonderful partners in Givat Haviva.
