Promoting Equal Representation of Women in All Decision-Making Positions

50:50 is not just a slogan—it is the call of our time for building a better society that recognizes the needs of everyone and works collaboratively and creatively to provide tailored solutions to the needs of all communities and citizens of Israel.

So, what have we been doing in recent weeks?

• We held a brainstorming session with alumni of WePower and talked about concrete steps that will lead to equal representation of women in the next Knesset.
• We continued the work of the WePower Legal Forum and developed ideas for legislative proposals that will ensure equal representation of women at the municipal level 
• We visited the Knesset, met with female and male Knesset members, heard about their work, and explored opportunities for collaboration so that, alongside equal representation, policies promoting gender equality in all areas of life can be advanced.

We will continue to work together until we achieve our goal!
