Now More Than Ever - Strengthening Diversity in the Workplace

The Friedrich Ebert Foundation and Givat Haviva are working together to improve relations between Jews and Arabs in Israel and promote the values of partnership and equality. The May 2021 events brought the importance of these values and of the promotion of a shared society in Israel to the surface.

Among our many initiatives and activities, we believe that diversity in workplaces is critical, because these are where Jews and Arabs meet and work together on a daily basis; where they get to know each other and where trust between these groups is built and strengthened, while improving service orientation and increasing business success.
