Launching of the book: Solidarity requires action - Israeli civil society after the massacre of October 7, 2023

On October 7, 2023, Palestinian terrorists committed the largest massacre in the history of the State of Israel. Israeli civil society responded to the extreme exceptional situation this caused with a commitment and immediate readiness to help that is unique in the world.

Anita Haviv-Horiner conducted interviews with 17 Israelis from all groups in society. They present various aid projects that range from therapy and culture to engagement in social media to help in everyday life, innovative forms of commemoration and animal rescue operations.

The event offers the opportunity to talk to the book author and meet some of the interviewees.
